Refund policy

Digital downloads: Because digital files can't be "returned," all digital download sales are final once the file has been downloaded. That said — if your file doesn't work, downloads incorrectly, or isn't what was described, email us at naturedmama396@gmail.com and we'll make it right with a replacement file or a refund.

Physical products: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at naturedmama396@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll replace it or refund you — your choice. Because our physical products are made to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Changed your mind? You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it for a full refund — just email naturedmama396@gmail.com with your order number. After 12 hours your order is already in production and can't be cancelled.
